A Homebuyer Survey and Valuation Report is always carried out before the purchase of a property and are suitable for smaller or average sized properties built within the last 100 years and of conventional design.
A Building Survey is slightly different. It can be tailored to match both the needs of the individual and the type of building meaning you enter the transaction process with the right knowledge in order to make an informed, reasonable decision you can be confident in.
